Requesting Student Records

Murphy Elementary School District takes student privacy seriously. To request a general education student record, you must complete a Student Records Request Form and provide a copy of a valid photo ID.

Please include as much information as possible to help us process your request efficiently.

Important Information:

  • Records will only be released to a parent or legal guardian of a minor student (under 18).

  • If the student is 18 years or older, records will only be released directly to the student.

  • For students currently attending Murphy schools, please contact the school office directly to request records.
