Requesting Student Records
Murphy Elementary School District takes student privacy seriously. To request a general education student record, you must complete a Student Records Request Form and provide a copy of a valid photo ID.
Please include as much information as possible to help us process your request efficiently.
Important Information:

Records will only be released to a parent or legal guardian of a minor student (under 18).

If the student is 18 years or older, records will only be released directly to the student.

For students currently attending Murphy schools, please contact the school office directly to request records.
