What We Do
Budgeting & Financial Planning
We develop and manage the district’s budget to ensure that every program, classroom, and initiative has the resources it needs to thrive. By carefully planning and monitoring spending, we make sure taxpayer dollars are used efficiently and responsibly.
Accounting & Payroll
Our team handles the day-to-day financial operations of the district, including:

We ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Purchasing & Procurement
As the district’s central purchasing agency, we help schools and staff obtain the materials, supplies, and services needed for instruction and operations. We work closely with vendors and the community to ensure fair, transparent, and compliant procurement practices.
