Nomination Form
Women of Distinction
In a proud tradition, the Arizona Cactus-Pine Council publicly honors girls
and women
in the communities we serve. The World Awards was instituted in 1994 to
honor Arizona
women who experienced Girl Scouting in their youth and who are making a
distinguished contribution to their communities today. The World Awards
Women and Young Women of Distinction today celebrates the women and girls
who build CONFIDENCE, CONVICTION, COURAGE AND COMPASSION every day by
putting the values of Girl Scouting into practice.
How many do you know? Help us celebrate their accomplishments! More than 50
million American women enjoyed Girl Scouting during their childhood, and may
attribute their
adult successes to what they learned in Girl Scouts. There's a good chance
Girl Scouting
made a difference in the life of someone you know - or maybe it is your
life.
