Facts:
Arizona tax law (ARS
§43-1089.01) allows taxpayers a tax credit of up to $200 for single taxpayers
or $400 for married taxpayers that file a joint return if they contribute to
extracurricular activities in public schools. By making a tax credit donation,
you will receive a dollar for dollar tax credit on your state tax return. For

Murphy School District has four
elementary schools and your donation would help support extra curricular
activities and character education programs for deserving students.

Download, complete and sign the
attached form with your school selection.
§
Return the form to the school of
your choice along with your check.
§
Once your donation has been
received, you will receive a receipt for the
donation.
§
Donations must be received by
December 31 to be eligible for this year’s
taxes.
